PetVet 365 has provided excellent care for our rescued Beagle. They are kind and understanding about his behavioral needs, and EVERYBODY there is so warm and welcoming. The facility is super clean, and communication with the office is always good. This is a terrific place for superior veterinary care.
Appreciated the care they provided. A lot of thought went into this pet hospital. No waiting room to sit nervously in. When you come in for your appointment you are immediately taken to a private room set up for you and your pet to relax. My kitty was able to roam about freely make himself at home. Cat beds, climbers, TV with fish swimming. He wasn't scared when they needed to care for him. The Vet and technician both were loving with him and thorough with intake and exam. Glad to say they helped him out and he was feeling better right away.
I visited PetVet365 in Fox Chapel for the first time on Friday, September 1, 2023. On the outside they have a lovely fenced area with grass to allow dogs to do their business if needed before going in. When you enter the dog gets weighed and brought directly into a room. The rooms are lovely with a sofa, carpet, a bookcase, and TV with birds on it.
The staff were all lovely, kind and clearly love animals. This photo was taken AFTER my dog was brought back from getting shots and blood work. During the shots and blood work she was given a lick mat that kept her occupied. She cam back smiling and happy and calm.
Why did I wait so long to go to PetVet365?
I took my anxious cat, Bella here as a walk in urgent care situation. Words cannot express how grateful I am to this place. They took excellent care of Bella. And we're so kind and reassuring to me in my nervous state. Dr Garrison is simply wonderful! Thank you as well to Tiffany at the front desk and Todd. The treatment plan addressed all of the issues and Bella is thriving from being under their care
I had a terrible experience years ago from another vet in that area so a facility like this is amazing for both the pets and owners. Very clean and comfortable with fear free rooms. Separate areas for dogs and cats. Any concerns or questions are always answered Thank you again Dr. Garrison and PetVet365! š¾
THANK YOU petvet365 for being there in a time of need. I was so relieved to find someone who would see my pup last minute! From the minute I entered the hospital from the second I left I felt like we were in great hands. Megan was awesome and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Charlie is doing GREAT now.
In the last month we have had two very different but yet equally wonderful experiences at PetVet 365 in Fox Chapel. In the beginning of July we suddenly had to put down our 8.5 year old Great Dane German Shepard, Elsa. For being one of the worst traumas our family has ever had to go through the stuff at PetVets made this event much more manageable. They educating us on her condition and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye all while insuring she was never in pain or suffered.
In the beginning of August we adopted a 5 month old puppy. We knew after the amazing care the staff showed us with Elsa, the newest member of our family would be in great hands. I have a 3 year old and an 8 month old so the private room helped tremendously when the whole crew goes on vet appointments!
PetVet365 and Dr. Garrison are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to provide genuine compassionate care. The rooms are cozy and not sterile and cold like most vets. They explained everything thoroughly before it happened, answered all of our questions without pause, exuded a calm and confident manner along with respect and intelligence straight away. My cat is my baby and they took the utmost care of him and gave him so much love and praise when he needed it most. This vet is far above any other vets I have ever been to. Absolutely cannot recommend enough!!! Thank you all for helping my boy.
Tiger was loved and cared for by Dr Garrison, and the entire staff at PET VET 365ā¦,his condition was serious, but everyone rallied round and nursed him back to health. He is 13 so all issues could be seriousā¦I am very happy with the immediate care he received, and am happy to report he is back to his normal self.
